I don't even like kiwi that much and this photo makes my mouth water.

The colors are nice, the air bubbles are a little distracting.
I think im more interested in the back ground than the fruit its self.

Very nice. I really adore the colours here, they work very well, because both are so rich, but also contrast well with each other.
I really like the composition too, you used the rule of the 2/3rds really well here.
I like the concept of fresh too, it really displays wel in the image.
Honestly I can't tell you anything to make better, I think this photo works really well!

Thanks! Your words are very encouraging!
I agree that the contrast works nicely here. I was afraid that the colors would turn out too vivid so it'd be too unrealistic.
Thank you again!

I absolutely love the colors, the deep blue background goes very well with the kiwi (although i'm very partial to blue )
It's pretty cool because it looks like from underwater view the kiwi is just hitting the surface of the water.
I'm left wondering how you did that but I have a guess.

Thanks! I really like the contrast between the two colors. I'm happy with how it turned out.
Well, I'm pretty sure your guess is right.
It's a pretty simple process. I took an old fish tank I had lying around, and set it on it's side (with the opening facing me). I sprayed water on the side so it would look like it does now, and put the fruit on the side. Then after that it's pretty easy. Just slid the camera into the opening, and voila! You've got a fruity photo.
