You know what time it is? That's right, it's shitty OC time again. This time we're bringing Danny Phantom back from the dead. Meet Abigail, or her ghost name Gail. She's almost 15 and half ghost. I sincerely apologize the lack of originality here, this character was created around the time the show was airing, when I was like 6 or 7 years old. I may update her outfit to where she has a white skirt under the belt to her thighs and the area between the skirt and boots be nothing but skin. Let me know which would look better.

Abigail, having lost all hope at her former residence looking for adoptive parents, she flees to live on her own and ends up on the steps of Vlad Masters. She succumbs to her hunger and exhaustion and collapses on the steps. Vlad, still disappointed in his failure in the use of cloning, figures the clones are unable to retain their forms solely on ectoplasm. They need a steadier foundation. After finding out Abigail has no one that'll miss her, he devises a devious and risky plan to expand the cloning experiment. In her sleep, Vlad merges ghost DNA with her own in attempt to surface a fully functional half ghost that wouldn't burn out or dissolve. Without Danny's ghost DNA, he settles with his own. The whole process is highly dangerous, as Vlad is kind of killing off a part of Abigail. If done wrong could result in her demise. Fortunately the procedure finishes with her heart still beating, now all Vlad has to do is wait. Throughout the next couple nights, Abigail begins discovering changes; like having her hands faze though a table she was leaning on, while reading she would suddenly levitate a few inches from the ground, and a deep purple beam of energy would shoot from her hand when she got angry. Abigail is now terrified of what is happening to her, but Vlad assures her he can help her. He makes her believe this "gift" may have been something she always had and was just now gaining symptoms of. In his own ghost form, he offers her to teach her what he knows and help her learn how to control her ghost half. After Vlad becomes the mayor of Amity Park, she begins going to Casper High, bringing in a bit of tension with Danny in his suspicion of her involvement with a ghost that picks fights with him immediately showed up when she did. I'm a sucker for happy endings (and I completely ignore season 3, that finale never happened) so I like to envision Vlad slowly sway from a villain now that he essentially adopts Abigail.

Some of her main abilities include:
                    *Basic Ghost Powers Like Flight/Intangibility/Over Shadowing/Etc.
                    *Energy Blasts and Shielding (All Purple)
                    *Duplication, But Only Once (Meaning She Can Only Split One Time/One Clone)
      *The Ability To Solidify Her Ecto Energy To Form Weapons (Limited To Strong Rope and Hammer/May Develop More Overtime)
                    *Ghost Sense Similar To Danny's, But Is Like A Smoke Rather Than Icy Breath
                    *Breathes Ecto Fire
