Digging through old ideas for characters. Found a teen titans fc with a familiar name. ^^ Turns out I created a soundwave for both dc heroes and an x-men mutant. So here they are! Meet Soundwave.

Real Name: Oaklynn Phillips
Mutant Codenamne: Soundwave
I think this character was created when I watched Teen Titans on CN as a kid as a member of Titans East. I think I shipped her with Aqua lad. God I don't miss those cringey days.

Mutation: Audio Manipulation

Manipulation of sound frequencies.
       Nullify sound
       Distort/Warp sound
       Amplify sound
Heightened speed.
A specific level of telepathy through sonar.
Natural destruction with vibrations through the earth, water, and air.
Shock blasts
Echolocation

Biggest Vulnerability: Oaklynn has to be able to sense sound waves around her. If it's completely silent, she won't be able to use her own sound as power. She also has aquaphobia

Real Name: Issac Thomson
Mutant Codenamne: Soundwave
This is actually the son of my X-Men oc Gyo Profle and human TJ Thomson.

Mutation: Vocal Replication

Pin perfect sound mimicry
   He can recreate any sound he hears.
Sound absorption.
Sonic scream.
Voice projection.
Sonic healing.
Warp frequencies through mimicry

Biggest Vulnerability: Issac is limited to the sounds only human ears can hear in order to mimic.
