So, I've driven back into some nostalgia and started rewatching one of my favorite shows from when I was a kid. Code Name Kids Next Door. And it got me thinking. Why not make an oc. No surprise the best villain in the whole show was father. An bad tempered, detached vision of an abusive father. Always threatening and being physically intimidating. Why not come up with the abusive mother trope?

Meet Linda Uno, or as she's mostly known as by everyone. Mother. She's never satisfied, materialistic, and over bearing to her own adopted children. Not surprising, like father, Linda was raised by an abusive mother of her own to continue the cycle of abuse. While being vain in her own right, Linda has low self-esteem and she's quick to verbally talk down children for not living up to her standards as a way to drive attention away from her own insecurities.

Mother has powers too. For some fun world play she's rather cold and her anger is much icier than father. She wears a lot of diamonds and these diamonds have special properties. With them, mother can encase her body completely in durable diamonds. Think Emma Frost from the X-Men. She can also create barriers of diamonds. Great for entrapping those bratty kids next door.

I'm probably gonna go with the first outfit since it's very "rich white snobby housewife" vibe ala 1950s-60s but I also liked the dress design too. I wasn't sure what era to really fit her design in but it seemed appropriate.
