'Bout time I created a reference for Jubalee. ^^I redesigned her royal clothing to look a little bit more unique to the character, and to also separate it from her clothing on earth. Redid her hair as well. If you didn't notice, her hair changed lengths a little in each stage. Being the longest when she was with the saiyans and the shortest on earth.
