Description
This was just my first go to see if I could even MAKE a messenger bag. Turns out I'm actually half decent at it... there are a few mistakes on this one (a few wonky stitches aesthetics wise) but it's sturdy and looks nice ^___^ Anyway, if I made more of these, would anyone be interested in buying them/commissioning them?Bag is SD doll sized measuring: 11.5cm x 8.5cm x 4cm.
Price: $9 USD
Colours: Khaki green and black
Payment: Paypal (non-cc, no fees)
Ships: Next business day after receipt of payment.
Despite how short the strap looks these bags sit at HIP HEIGHT on an SD (measured on a 65cm Crobi Mline body)
Note me if you're interested ^_^

That looks so cool! *A* I'm a little sad that none of my guys really needs a messenger bag though. But the pictures you've been posting look really awesome, I really like the stitching on the front of this one. :>

Thanks hun~ Yeah this was my first ever attempt. It's a bit wonkier than the others, but I'm glad you like it ^_^ I'm going to try making backpacks too (and got a request for an MSD messenger bag... and I don't know how many people asked if I make normal human ones too.. so I'll try that and see how it goes as well).
I think I kind of just found a new hobby XDb

it looks too short cos the strap is thicker (ratio wise) compared to a normal sized one. at least, that's my guess.

Yeah I think that's what's confusing everyone, but the thinner ones make the bag less sturdy and able to hold stuff. I'm using the straps to help stabilise the sides too.

Wow. this is really good for your first one! I've been thinking about trying to make a bag or purse, but I haven't tried it out yet. But, I'd be really pleased if my first one turned out this good!

Thanks so much hun~ Yeah I was pretty happy with this and I was even happier with how the second one turned out. I'll be making a third tomorrow and possibly a fourth (since I may have a commission for one).
I think I might even try and make a human sized one since people have been asking about them too. I didn't really think I'd get this many questions about them to be honest.

hehe all right hun~ I have just made a second one (but it's for =MauiArt ) But I now have the following fabrics in stock to make bags: black corduroy, red cordroy, red and black check, grey with black skulls and I can line with pink or black fabric. I also have pink netting for pockets at the moment and I *THINK* I can manage one more khaki and black one (like this one).
Though I think if I make more with the pockets (like Maui's) I might have to charge $13 a bag because it takes longer. Also the check and skull fabrics are more expensive so I guess I'll have to figure that out too XD Ah well, if you're interested in one just let me know~ <33

I suggest making the strap a little longer, but cool! I don't have the patience for precise measuring(specially since I hand sew) but I would definitely buy it :3

The strap doesn't need to be longer, I already measured it on my SD. I made a second one with a little longer strap but basically all the ones I've seen the strap is away too long and it's practially at the knees. this one sits at the hip where a bag is meant to. Thanks though.
And if you want it, it's still for sale.

oh, then its fine lol
I will think about it, Im having doll woes, I like this one big doll, but I LOVE the mini fees, and they're not too small that they're all chibi, and I can get both the girl and boy, for the price of the one big boy I was originally going to get... I'm having trouble T.T
