Reputation: Precedes him. There are many twisted rumours about Vodka, most of them not what you'd call 'Kosher'. Most of them have to do with extreme torture, interrogation and sadism. Not to mention his complete lack of compassion. Often referred to as simply 'him', the General makes no effort to stop these kinds of rumours, his intimidating and rather abrupt manner (despite being quite well spoken) easily urging everyone to simply believe he is indeed, the devil incarnate.
