Really backed out of a background on this one. *laugh* To be honest, I'm not sure if this doesn't belong in scraps, but I have a fondness for shiny things. <3Riza Hawkeye. Lady with style, authority, and guns.
Can anyone offer a critique on the body proportions or perspective?

nicely done! i always wanted to draw her with that same wardrobe but i couldnt get the pistol body strap thing figuered...anyway it looks really well thought of and studious ,concerning the anatomy. i think the only that looks a bit weird is her nose.. i think u'd want to widen it just a bit to the left of the pic.. aside of that i really like the hand, a simple yet an always cerrect linework..

I've got nothing on the perspective/proportion but I hink her forhead is too shiny considering there is hair above it.

I like it. Well, proportioned and it's less flat looking than a lot of other works I've seen around here. I'd say that with the degree and style of shading you've done that you might want to add a little bit more texture to her skin and fabric. As far as contrast with the background, the only thing I would suggest to make the outline of her arm a little less noticible to avoid the layered look.

The shading on this is great! Very 3-dimensional. As for body proportions and perspective, I'd say everything looks just fine. The only thing I can find that is a little weird is the hand. It looks a tad bit small or something... Oh, wait, I think it's the pinky that's bothering me. Okay.
Great picture, even if you think it should be in scraps. Sometimes the best pictures are the fast ones. Kudos!
