And here's The Riddler. Again, all of this is opinion based. And I just want to give props to Ted Knight. He may not be the best version of several of these characters, but he does deserve credit for being able to voice a bunch of Batman villains in the same show. Finally, I should point out that I'm not really a Brave and the Bold fan, so you'll probably see that a character from that show will either be lowest or near lowest on the ranking, but I'm sure there will be some exceptions.
