She's a demon lord who owns the Lotus Casino in Vegtrocity! (which is really just her worlds version of Las Vegas)
She's terribly greedy and loves anything shiny however extremely sadistic and has an insatiable blood lust. I'll be sure to update with a bio later (hopefully)
The Lotus casino inspired by the lotus eaters, indulging in pleasure and luxury constantly rather than with practical concerns. Constantly eating a Lotus flower shaped Cookie(?) it's a sweet treat in general that overcomes anyone who dares take a bite. It's an upper mostly and a horribly intense drug where the person looses all reason and wants to indulge in higher life till they can't anymore.

Quite literally partying till they drop, once a person has gone bankrupt at her casino she considers their soul hers.

Vogue considers it their fault for doing so, as mortals should know when to stop and are capable of refusing lotus flowers. After all they're just offered as a treat for the high party life that is Vegtrocity.
Her normal outfit is actually a re-altered outfit I had made for Rouge when I was working on Reset angel.
I'd be lying if I said Rouge wasn't the reason I wanted to make this character,she's definitely a big inspiration as I've always really loved rouge as a character : 3

The character with scarlet to the right in her casino dress is Selena whos owned by I never got around to coloring her cause I suckkk XD
