I love this, and the Guardian series.

The dark figure, the man in the monocle... reminds me of one of my friends, but how I saw him when we first started working together. After nearly 2 years, that figure is still there... still mysterious, but not as evil and dark. He's changed, but there are still secrets he keeps from me, but shares with the rest of our staff, I'm the only one who listens to him and sees him as a friend, but trust fades. Still today, I tend to draw him with that similar design.
