I totally love the look of the image you have but I've tried to load the brushes into CS5 twice and it simply won't load. I keep getting an end of file error. With the recent comments I would assume other's aren't having any trouble unless it's a version issue but I have brushes from way back that work fine. Any ideas?

id downloaded the brushes and loaded them to photoshop cs5 today without any problems. so i can't think of why the brushes wouldn't work for you as well. are you sure you are loading your brushes properly? i hope you figure out a way
