Info about it:

Nilan doesn't have a passive form in a sense it's more like a split personality type of situation. They still have the same body, emotions and memories and even refere to themselves as the same person tho they are still a bit different from eachother. Also passive Nilan refers to himself by his old name (Nightmare) he doesn't really mind it much.

In the case of Nilan having a mental shutdown, passive will take over or atleast try. Nilan can also force passive to be in control so he can rest ( this is REALLY rare and noone besides Sci knows about it (due to past events) not even Damien knows about it.

The only thing to differentiate who is in control is the eye color (and the hair accessory thing).

It did happen before that he had both eye colors mixed, confusing both Nilan and Night because they didn't know what to do.

Also passive and Nilan can talk to each other (it's kind like xchara and cross)

Also about the name:

Nilan and Damien aren't their original given names but they changed them because of the villagers.

Nilan didn't like the name Nightmare because people called him devil child and that it was the reason he had the name. Telling him the name Nightmare is because he incorporated all evil in existence

Damien really hated his name, even more then Nilan hated his. He was always seen as the "hero" their savior, some people even treated him simulator to a God but he was only being used. They used him for chores, overworking him to the point where he would just collapse in the middle of nowhere. It stressed him out alot as a kid, he usually hid in the near forest where he would just cry and sleep to recover. He sometimes disappeared for weeks on end which fell back on Nilan. The villagers all blames him for Damien's disappearance and beating him for it. Damien hated their names because Noone would acknowledge what a sweet boy his brother was.

About the dead Dinu au:

I have written a story about it (about 4k words) which isn't much but I'm still working on it :muscle:

The basic idea is that Dinu dies (caused kinda by his hallucinations), Nilan tried to save him but it doesn't work so he started wearing Dinu's jacket and scarf
