Description
I don't know what made me make this, but here it is. It took me two days only because I had part of it finished and lost my....vision. It returned the next day, thanks to my husband. Why is this named "Doktor"? Hmm...well, in part because doctors frighten me. Worse than that, some of the Nazi's doctors were worse than I could ever want to dream of. I am most frightened of Dr. Joseph Mengele and what he was capable of: [link]
Another reason for the name, ever seen Hellraiser 2? *shudders* If you haven't, watch it just for that doctor.
So, that's it. For "Doktor" in it's full...glory...fullview.

exactly, people who think otherwise are just crazy... or have never had a nurse fail to find their vein to give said shot more than five times, and have said nurse get annoyed and viciously stab said needle into their arm *shudder*

yes it was a somewhat traumatizing experience... i was only about 8 at the time... put me off getting booster shots thereafter.

Holy crap that's creepier than hell! It kind of reminds me of the imagery in House on Haunted Hill...

Yes!! That doctor in that movie ranks right up there, too!!
Now that you mention it, it does remind me of that movie.

It's not a bad thing, though, because that happens to be one of my favorite movies. I just wouldn't want to wake up in the middle of the night from a nightmare and see that thing hanging over my bed

I love that movie, too! Actually, I adore all of Dark Castle's films.
And, no, I wouldn't want to either!!

What other movies has Dark Castle made? I can't remember for the life of me.

Let's see:
House on Haunted Hill
Thirteen Ghosts
Ghost Ship
Gothika (I didn't like this one as much as the others)
and House of Wax this year

Yup...yup...yup...yup...yeah, love all those movies, and I can't wait to see House of Wax, even if it'll be just for the sheer pleasure of watching Paris Hilton being chased around by murderers. You know, I have all those movies on dvd except for Gothika. I have to get it sometime.

Hopefully, we'll get to see her die horribly in it!
I'm missing Ghost Ship and Gothika from my collection. I'm not sure if I want to buy Gothika.
It like we can't depend on Wes Craven to put out another good scare flick, so we have to turn to Dark Castle.

I know, me and my sister keep saying "it would be worth the $7 to see her killed in a movie even if it's bad". I liked Gothika. It wasn't quite as good as the others, but it's a lot better than some of the other movies I've seen come out in the past few years *cough*the haunting*cough*.
Hmm...what was the last movie Wes Craven came out with? It must've been that long ago I know a lot of people hated Wes Craven's New Nightmare (or whatever it was called), but I liked it. I liked the whole spin on everything in that movie. Hehe, by the way, it took me YEARS to figure out that it was Johnny Depp in the first Nightmare on Elm Street movie.

The Haunting....now that was a horror movie and not because of the plot or special effects!! I can't believe that I even paid to see that movie. I think taking 15 hits of acid and rolling around in broken glass would have been more worth my time!
Wes Craven did Cursed and the Scream movies. Cured made quite a few movie goers feel just that: cursed.
Now, I liked New Nightmare, too. I mean, it was different and gave you that freaky paradox feeling.
You think that's bad?! It took me a while to figure out that he was in that and on 21 Jump Street which I used to watch like crazy! My poor youngest sister (12) has such a crush on him, but it hasn't dawned on her that he's about the same age as our Mom! *lol*

The worst part about The Haunting is the fact that all the actors in it are great actors, but the movie was still a piece of crap. That's when you know it's a bad movie. Oddly enough, I didn't like the Scream movies. I thought they were kind of lame. But I haven't seen them since they were released to tape, so maybe I have to watch them again.
Erm...older men are hot, haven't you realized that yet?! Hehe. Johnny Depp looks a lot younger than he really is though, even with his wrinkles. It's those damned boyish charming good looks. Thankfully, I like him purely for the fact that he's a great actor

*gasps* You didn't even mention the Casper-kids! All of the ghosts looked like Casper. Hard to scare people when you know that Casper was a friendly ghost.
I wasn't impressed by Scream either. I was more impressed with Matthew Lillard, Jamie Kennedy, and Rose McGowan (*roar*). Overall, it was more lackluster than "Cutting Class"....but that movie at least had a young Brad Pitt and some cheesy 80's music.
Okay, I'm starting to realize it. I should! I mean, I still have the hots for some older actors...who shall remain nameless. Johnny Depp is getting better looking though. I don't nkow why, but I think he was uber-sexy in Secret Window....my Mother says it was because he was insane in that movie.

I love Matthew Lillard. He's pretty high up on my list of favorite actors. And, you know, Johnny Depp made a pretty desirable dirty, smelly, weasel of a pirate

Yeah, but he was a little too dirty for my tastes in that movie! I knew if I looked close enough, I could see some cooties jumping out of his dreds.
