It's a concept of Neshi, my Pokemon OC who is known as the wandering Champion [who doesn't like to battle without a serious reason so you won't see her battling in public very often]She wears like this in and after "Return to Johto" arc. If you have some questions about her appearance just ask me.
Personality: Neshi is a traveler who seeks adventures or unusual events: brave, spontaneous, mysterious. She is an observer but is open to conversation and doesn't hesitate to help others in need.
Age: 19-27 (depends on the story arc)
Height: About 174 cm (more with casual haircut)
Orientation: Gray-ace (just in case if you want to know, shipping her with anyone won't be easy xD)
Backstory: Neshi used to live in Johto region when she was very young but then she moved to Hoenn and began her adventure as a trainer. She met many people and visited many places and finally became the International League Champion. Some time after that she decided to come back to Johto again and.. she met her real destiny and called it a homeland again. However, Neshi doesn't stop her adventures and still travels across oceans and regions from time to time.
Occupation: A trainer but she fights only when forced to do it. Neshi just prefers spending time with her Pokemon than fighting. Keep in mind she has a great experience as the Wandering Champion but doesn't boast about this fact. She likes breeding and hatching little Pokemon but usually has no time for it.
Pokemon: It depends on the region where she'd currently be . She has no problem with taking in any pokemon. Neshi tends to set her pokemon free when they need it. Optionally her main team'd be: Swampert, Ampharos, Linoone, Charizard. For certain reason she feels a strong bond with Lugia.

Ahhhh finally a perfect Neshi reference! <3 Wow, she looks so different with her hair down (very pretty though!). How long is her hair exactly and at what occasion is it put down? I'd really love to draw her in a different outfit than her usual one sometime, just for varieties sake ^.~ She's such a cool character, very intriguing. BUT you are such a tease! "she met her real destiny and called it a homeland again" - Pleaaaaaase finally write out what happened! I really want to know her story with Lugia and your teasing is killing me :'D
Also, tell me more about her personality. What are her strengths and especially her weaknesses? (you know, those make a character even more interesting and realistic) If you don't mind hearing it, I'd share my personal interpretation with you of what I read between the lines and you could tell me how off I am about her ;D

Hehe, indeed she looks a bit different with undone hair but I think it works with everyone ;> Her hair is neither very long nor short, just mid-length but she never shows with her hair down in public. Honestly, only one "person" sees her like this so far.. but well, there are exceptions too like when she is on her way travelling and sleeps among other people (yay, pajama party!^o^). Allright, so, prepare yourself for my interpretations! Are you prepared? I'm prepared! (I'll put this in a smaller font so it won't be too long x))
She moved from Johto to Hoenn only to directly start her adventure. That makes me wonder: Did she leave her family behind in Johto and so she was free to start her own adventure without having to worry about them? Did she maybe even have to move because something happened to them? Or did they come with her to Hoenn? If so, did she leave the house because of problems with them?
You might realize, that I tend to focus on family and negative assumptions on this part. Let me just point out why, real quick: Neshi is the kind of person that cares a lot about people, yet there's never any mention of her family, which is odd for an empathetic person. That might mean that they had some kind of dispute and she distanced herself from her family in some way.
The next thing that intrigues me is that she doesn't really like battling with her Pokémon but became champion anyway. She chose to let her partners fight in countless gyms, stray trainers and the elite four -why would she do that when she could just spend all the time traveling with her Pokémon? What motivation did she have to fight so much to become champion when she doesn't like fighting? (the fact that she like breeding and hatching confirms her peaceful nature even more)
I feel like Neshi is running away from her home and trying to prove to the people she left behind that she's worth something. That would easily explain the first part, with her family, and it would give her motivation to challenge the Elite four. Because how can you prove your worth more than by becoming the best ranking trainer in the whole region? Also I believe that she might be a very lonely person inside. She is distanced from her family and is always traveling around - meeting and helping a lot of people, but when you're always traveling around, you don't get to establish deeper connections/friendships. Relationships always stay superficial, even with most of her Pokémon, since she seems to have no problem setting them free at times.
Even more so, maybe she's searching for a place to belong to. That would explain why she didn't end her journey after becoming the champion, why she keeps on traveling and never settles down. I know a lot of people who've travelled the world but after some time all of them realized, that they long for a place to come home to, they just haven't found it anywhere they went yet. Neshi feels like such a person to me.

Hmm, nice and well-thought try! :3 To be honest I contemplated about similar sequence of events but decided to make her story less dramatic so she stays in touch with parents but just visit them very rarely coz she has her own life. They all moved to Hoenn before because a certain event forced them to do it and then Neshi decided to follow the life of a trainer. She was all excited about that and she wanted to be strong enough to live her own way. But after some time, through battling and winning several leagues she realized that something is wrong with fighting and using Pokemon at all. That's why she lets them join or lets them go when they want it. Indeed, deep inside she's searching for her place to be that's why she couldn't stay in Hoenn or anywhere else so far "Neshi finally became the International League Champion and tried to do her duties but she also still felt that her heart was far, far away and was not sure if she should follow it... She had a lot of things to contemplate." ..She just decided to follow the feeling of that "somewhere".
Okay, something about her strengths: resilient and resourceful so she can manage in almost every situation, patient and brave, it's hard to catch her unawares. Hm, and weakness: can't stand being in one place or being among people too long, communicative and nice but somehow keeps people at a distance so none knows her that close (that's why there's no shipping option for her xD Can you say who would break Neshi's heart armor? No x>).

Ahrgh, I knew it was too dramatic to be true! But I tried to work with what I had. ;D An important point I didn't think of was that she didn't dislike battling from the start, but that she just stopped seeing the sense in it after a while (that might have made a difference in my interpretation <; ). In any case, Neshi is a strong and independent character and even though I wouldn't necessarily want to ship her, it be nice to know she doesn't feel lonely because she lets close to noone know her heart. Also I'd like to answer your question, even though you probably didn't expect a reply "Can you say who would break Neshi's heart armor?" I'd say Lugia has already broken through that armour, that's why Neshi is so attached to him and always comes back to him but he's no shipping option because he's a Pokémon (except if you interprete more into his Gijinka form, does it hold any deeper meaning? neshirys.deviantart.com/art/Gu… ). Anyway, in terms of humans, I still see one person capable of getting through to Nehi's heart. It's obviously Wavy N. He shares a lot of her ideals and has a special way to understand the hearts of Pokémon. He might understand Neshi, too...? <3
By the way, you are just as empathetic as Neshi when it comes to helping people out, right? A friend of mine is hosting a charity collab to help out the people in Nepal. All you have to do is draw a pokémon in a pirate outfit and he'll give money to the red corss for every submission. I thought it might be something that interests you, too.

Bingo!! For certain reason the only one "person" who is close to Neshi is.. exactly, Lugia! Indeed, he is a creature not a human so that's why they cannot be "shipped" ..but it doesn't matter, they share a great bond and it's good enough for them. Well, but some things are gonna "change"... or maybe stay the same. It will depend on her.
Hehe, and in terms of humans.. sure, N and Neshi share empathy for living creatures and..a life of a lone wanderer coz their minds are concentrated on their own important goals, I guess. Well, I was also surprised that they're almost in the same age. Have you ever, by any chance, seen N in anime?("Pokémon Black & White - Adventures in Unova" season 16 episodes 13-25). I have and I love his anime version, he is like a peaceful warrior and these episodes show how strong and mature N has become (yea, this part of anime is really.. ambitious 8D). <3 Ah, he has too much things to do and care for and so..he is a lone wolf too. They'd be rather partners fighting for welfare in the world and optionally alter sooooome time it'd be rather sister-brother relationship :3 Haha, I think Neshi started to like hanging around with Wavy so she accepts her company sometime too! ^^

Wait a second there. So ther IS a chance of Lugia becoming human if Neshi chooses to do something specific? Or what might change? Arghghgh you're not going to tell me anyway, I know, but give me more hiiiints ;_;
As for N, I've been wording it badly: I don't really think he and Neshi should/could be shipped but there are other kinds of relationships than romance that might break through Neshi's armour, such as friendship or wellfare-warriors (I love that term :D). Unfortunately I haven't seen the Anime side of him. :/ Is he really that different? He must be older, too, since in the games he's supposed to be like 17 or 18 and I would have estimated Neshi to be in her early/middle twenties. Anyway, the wellfare-warriors are both so busy that they probably wouldn't have a lot of time to spend with each other anyways ;D
Oh oh oh and I see you've joined the collab together with Volve-san! (choosing Lugia, I don't know why I didn't expect that sooner x) ) Ahhh that's so great, it'll be the first collab where a lot of my friends participate and I can't wait to see all our piratemon together

Oh, then the information I read about N's age seemed to be wrong. And maybe I'll even look into the episodes you told me about, I'm just not really excited about Anime anymore I feel so old ;_; ANYWAY I was actually super close to guessing Neshi's age then! Boy am I proud!
Also please don't make me feel sad for Neshi, the fact that she sees her friends that rarely makes me feel bad for her

Hm, I'm not much into anime or manga anymore so I know what you feel. I dunno, maybe it's because there are no good series anymore and it has lost its magic. I've seen these episodes thanks to my friend and it was worth it. Hehe, right, Neshi is not that young and not that old :3

Of course, there are a lot of people that don't mind seeing their friends rarely! Many of them even prefer not to be around them everyday, because it just drains their energy. That's completely normal and they still love their friends dearly, I know that, I'm the same. 
Anyway, as long a Neshi (because we've obviously only been talking about fictional characters here c; ) is happy, then I'm happy, too.

Hehe, I just meant that life works like this for some people and that's why they become get used to this state of matter^^' It's not necessary their choice at all.. but then in the course of time, it just becomes their normal way (I guess it works like this in Neshi's case). But yeah, luckily there are some people who see through many things and know how to keep such person as a friend :3 And I wish her to meet them too~
