Righty, so, I'm currently writing a fan-fic sorta thing involving Gargoyles and one of my favorite books series, The Chronicles of Chrestomanci, and since Gargoyles are always so interesing-looking, I decided to draw little reference pictures of the main chara's in case anyone's particularly interested (and because I wanted to keep them straight in my own head ^_^)

This is Leiara (pronounced 'lay-ara' ), and she's a young warrior of Desert Clan.

Leiara is a born warrior. She's tough, agile, and can stay cool in the heat of battle. She can think on her feet when plans go south, and she's physically strong with a high tolerance for pain. She's been training for almost her entire life in the art of battle, and she's good at what she does. However, Lei doesn't know how to deal with her emotions, and it would take a lot of searching to find her feminine side. She's a bit withdrawn and isn't open about sharing her feelings, because warriors can't let their feelings interfere with their judgement. However, this just makes it harder for her to communicate when she's hurt emotionally instead of physically, and the only one she lets even remotely close to seeing her inner self is her blood sister Arelia. They were both born in Desert Clan, but they always remained kinda apart from the other hatchlings.

As previously stated, Lei doesn't know what to do with emotions, hehe. Unless she learns how to put her warrior instincts aside when she really doesn't need them, the chances of her having a mate in the near future are rather slim... or are they?
