Another another potential character for , haha. This time, an Anti-hero. I realleh like this one for some reason, haha.

Again, sorry that some parts are hard to read, so I'll post them here.

Personality: Wrapped in his layers of roles, Simon's real personality is hard to make out. He usually puts on a very charming persona, but his life of theatrics allows him to put on whatever personality or persona necessary to get what he wants. Deep down, he's very paranoid, and though his morals may be rather skewed, he's not necessarily evil. Egotistic, competative, and a bit selfish, but actually genuinely compassionate... somewhere in there...

Powers: Like the sirens of legend, his power lies with his voice. He's still learning to control the different degrees to his power. There's the basic allure which he can turn on or off at will that gets people to do what he wants, the burning desire that puts people completely under his control like the siren song of old, and he's working on being able to control people without directly telling them what to do. As long as he's using the 'charm,' he should be able to get people to do whatever he wants without revealing his intentions. He's also really good at free-running.

Weaknesses: A bit pompous and over-confident, he can be blinded by pride and easily tricked. His competetiveness can get him into trouble, as can his paranoia. His fear of trusting anyone sometimes leads him to refuse much-needed help, though he will randomly trust some random people for odd reasons, like he thinks they share something in common, which probably isn't the most logical way of making new friends. Those he trusts though, he trusts with his life, which can lead to painful betrayals. His targets have to be paying attention/listening in order for his powers to work, so the more distracted they are, the harder he has to work/the more energy he has to use to get them under his control. He's pretty much deathly afraid of his sister and often doesn't sleep well at night for fear of her finding him and killing him or something. Edit: I forgot to mention that he's also afraid of dogs. His sister tends to attract them, and she used to sick the family pets on him, so he's frankly quite terrified of them.

Background: Simon grew up in a family that was very much musically and theatrically oriented. His entire family is really into things like renaissance Fairs and such where they can get really into their roles. Simon and his younger sister were "street urchins," and their job was to be pick-pockets and not get caught. that's where the basis of his free-running skills comes from. Simon and his sister were always competing there skill-wise, and it became evident that Simon was better in that arena, though his sister was faster. He definitively became the favorite child though when his power emerged, and his parents wanted to use his special singing talents to get more money. His sister has always held a grudge against him for stealing away all the attention and for using his powers on her either intentionally or unintentionally. Having had enough of his sister's attacking him and being used by his family, he ran away from home. he gets aronud, using his voice to slip by authorities or "steal" items from people.
