An ordinary Magikoopa or Kamek, you decide.These Koopas possess very powerful magic spells but outside of the Paper Mario series, rarely appear as enemies. Kamek, on the other hand, was featured prominently in the two Yoshi's Island games, powering up enemies to a gigantic size for boss battles.

Ah yes Magikoopa's.
One of my least fav chars in the Mario series.
However, when I see how well this is made. I like them a little more.

Yes, totally. If Bowser used them more often, Mario would at least have a harder time stopping him. On another note, I wonder where Bowser gets his troops?

Just like the Toad race, the Koopa race is huge. Bowser just trains some Koopas to specialize in different things.
