Aquamizuko's PokΓ©mon Type Meme: aquamizuko.deviantart.com/art/β¦Update: I may remake this someday now that there are more 'mons and most of my favourites have changed over time.
Quite possibly the longest amount of time I've spent on any one picture thus far. Drawing and colouring them all took around 12 hours, from start to finish. Phew, I'm beat!

Lucario is semi-rare much like Sudowoodo in Gold/Silver, in the sense you can only get one but you can breed it.

Thanks, I tried to keep it between being too detailed and too simplistic and I think it turned out pretty good. Well, I was struggling to finish it, so that might be part of the reason I'm so glad it's over. Make no mistake, it was fun, I just didn't expect it to take this long, start to finish.

First I saw a couple of my favorite pokemon among your list and then taking a closer look I got to see your neat style. Nice! I may not agree with about three-quarters of your choices but it still looks well put together.

Hm, my bad. I meant from a battler's perspective I usually don't use them. Mostly because I have other friends that use them regularly and even beat the crap out of me with them. Not because I don't like your reason or anything, far from it 
Anyway, I apologize. Just speaking from my mind.

From a battler's perspective, I use whatever I have to, to have a balanced match. Sometimes I use the lesser-used PokΓ©mon such as Nidoking and Raticate, sometimes the powerful Garchomp and Milotic.
We all have our reasons to like whatever PokΓ©mon, and I'll just say anything goes as long as you have fun.

I don't get why everybody seems to like Torterra the least out of the newest starters and praise Infernape like it was the only PokΓ©mon in the games.

I think the Grass starters always get crap from everyone. Except for Bulbasaur and possibly Chikorita, because they're cute.

I thought Treecko was kinda cute too, but the eyes looked weird in some of the sprites, not to mention the TV series. I love Sceptile, though, and it's my second favourite Grass starter.
I would enjoy KO'ing Infernapes if most of them I run into weren't hacked beyond recognition. I still remember that one person who had the movesets hacked so hard.

I think hacking is kinda okay as long as you don't make your PokΓ©mon so powerful they couldn't have been obtained by legit means. And I mean just throwing 31 IVs into all stats and such. That's just stupid.

Yeah, I'm guilty of being a 4th gen fanatic. The games just blew me away and I really liked most of the new PokΓ©mon as well. It currently stands as my favourite generation and best of all, it's still ongoing. I just hope they don't ruin it with lame-ass spinoffs and anime crap like they did with the last generation...
Actually, I kinda had your funky pokemans in mind when I made the Elekid, so it turned out a little different from the rest. And I like it that way. I remember Pikachu being the icon of the TV series and Charizard being the icon of the trading card game and the video games. At least that kind of image is stuck in my head.

Yeah, 4th gen is great. Platinum is going to be amazing. As for spinoffs well...there's the Mystery Dungeon and Ranger games. They're fun but nowhere near as good as the 'real' Pokemon games. The anime is so boring now. The charm it originally had is gone.
True, but Pikachu's pretty much the mascot of all of Pokemon.

I got my first set of cards for a reasonable price. And the set was indeed big, containing most of the first set cards, which, at the time, of course resulted in popularity at school where some kids were trading their cards.
