This is beautiful. Mudkip is adorable here. The shadows and... shooting star lines(? Haven't heard of Mother Savior before) look great.

I've seen footages of your game and I have to say this is really great and now I totally like your Mudkip in this story after I read your last comment about it here. 
I don't have enough time for the moment so I'm gong to tell you some things right here that might help you make it, though the first one is obvious which is like tone down the Psi and enemies attack animations. I mean I really like them and everything, but can make them smaller so it won't blind my eyes.

I really need to progress on with the game. I have been doing all sorts of other things that I don't even have the time to fix or add in features onto the game.

Thanks, though I would assume one wouldn't mind the PSI special effects for the most part, but if one concerns about it then there are bound for others to have that same concern. In other words, I will try to make the special effects a little more vision-friendly. XD

I rarely ever have any chances on finishing up the game, but I'm always busy every single day. I got high school to deal with, being a senior can get tough on you, I got art/commissions to finish up, and all sorts of other things. Having even the smallest amount of free time would be nice.

Wow, college is a little worse, especially since a lot of classes require you to learn alot of stuff on your own, it's even harder (if you're a lazy person like me) to resist goofing off and doing other things rather than the work you're supposed to do.

Interesting, it really inspires me to try and create a MOTHER/Earthbound battle system on Flash. I had create an RPG battle test before, if you would like to see it they all lie in my deviantArt gallery.

Might I say, what is his/her role in Mother Savior?

His role in the story is nothing at first site, but as it progresses he is the one who bails you out of jail. He is pretty much a life saver at times, but to the most of the public he is hated. He is usually referred to as "another experiment", aka the chimera experimentations of Mother 3 because he isn't a creature from the world itself, he had came from another place. I don't want to spoil out too much because that would ruin the surprises and twists of the plot.
