He is like a Hitodama, a wisp, some kind of "spirit" from the japanese culture.
Wikipedia reference:
Folklore has it that hitodama can be seen in dark, cool woods or near cemeteries. It is said that they are normally harmless, but sometimes playing pranks on travellers or seem to be attracted to people with strong karma. But there are also hitodama that can get evil and aggressive, especially when the person was accidentally killed or murdered. Generally hitodama are thought to be the souls of unlucky humans which could not find peace after passing away.

Haha, I mean my english isn't too good and sometimes I can't find the words to say what I want to say. So I feel like my english betry me when I need to say something I know in my mother language and can't translate it the same way.
So I know how to talk with ppl without referring them as she/he but it's a bit difficult in english for me.

Yes! When my comissioner asked me to make a "will o' wisp" I found the little one off of Brave, but she wanted some kind of japanese style wisp. Anyway I found wisps are similar because they are simple and difficult to modify without loosing their essence
