This thing was so adorable. I once drew a picture of a very fat Patamon trying to get off the ground and failing. I had a stange mind back in my 10th grade year. XD
I do love all your pixel work, btw. I just think this one is your best so far, with such broad wing movement.

Awwwww, well if you didn't have so much on your plate I would suggest you do watch them! Season 1 & 2 are so nostalgic for me, but I don't think they're really all THAT intetresting without the nostagia factor.

Ha, cute! Good ol' Digimon. I've been meaning to get back and watching some of it, as Seasons 1 & 2 at least were pretty great, but I just haven't gotten to it yet. Ah well.
You know what would make this even cooler? Just add a couple of pixels worth of animation for the whole piece moving up and down, so it looks like he's gliding or flying or something. Otherwise it looks like Patamon is laying on his stomach flapping his ear wing things wildly, which is still neat animation, but just a subtlety like that I think would help.

Busy busy! Ya know I just kind of leave it playing on a separate monitor, (Or shrunken browser) while I'm doing other things, since the show can sometimes be pretty mindless, haha. I bet you could do that as you work!
Lol, you're right. Believe it or not, this is how he flies in the SHOW. xD LAZY animation! But yeaaahhh... maybe I'll do that.

Ha, yeah, that's a good way to get through anime and other stuff! I've done that with several things like Sgt. Frog and recently Breaking Bad (until it got to the point where I needed to FOCUS). It's a nice way to multitask and also watch stuff. I just remember the beginning parts of Digimon to be pretty boring, though, so I'm not looking forward to going back and watching that.
I guess I never really paid too much attention to his flying in the show! I mean it makes sense that he would more hover and all (in the sense that it... doesn't make sense, haha). If that's the case, leaving it is fine; that's just what came to mind when I saw this!

Oh nice! Yeah I didn't think Breaking Bad would be a good choice to do that with. xD Even though it is a bit slow at times. What season are you on?
And yeah 1st season has some major yawns. Especially when you have like 1286857 digilutions at once and it takes like half the episode to evolve. xD I'm so glad to be on Season 2 now.
I honestly think it was just cheap animation. xD Moving the body makes it look much better. (Changed the file-- tell me what you think!)
