You're great. But... do you have any tips for beginner in charcoal? I found that I really suck at traditional media so I have to train it. Besides I always wanted to do badass pieces like yours

XD

lolz!
Basically the only thing I will say to you at this very moment is this...don't be afraid!
Charcoal is a very special material that need some tricks to be manipulated.
One of those tricks is not to be afraid.
Im saying that, cause you have to use all the layers from the charcoal, and the way to do that its to be Mighty!
Charcoal has two layers :a) the shell &  b) the heart.
Usally (shell) is for details and (heart) for black areas. Also you can use both layers at the same time but you need to scrape it first, plus you can use it sideways for flat areas using only the (shell). If you are using it sideways for too long you will find heart and you gonna using both layers again but sideways

I explained your material but i can't explain other tricks cause you must find them alone and with only one way...WORK
Took me about 2 and half years to understand charcoal at full!so be patient.
Last thing for you:WATCH CAREFULLY WHAT ARE YOU DOING.
GL!

So you say that charcoal is a tool that has a word "fun" as a synonime. I like that . Thank you for the shell/heart info, it was very helpful. So far I've been only watching the sharpness of the tip, not what do I actually draw with. Funny thing, none of the basic charcoal tip&trick I read ever mentioned that.
