I want to thank for figuring out the font. That saved a massive headache.

This is a special lockseed, as this is for the last rider on scene who fought with the original group against the bandits and sealed their world from Ragnarok from spilling. He was the one who also gave the young Ragna to Universe to give to Taichi, and the 4 lockseeds that are in his possession.

Kamen Rider Seven:

Seven was the youngest member of the team, during the events of ragnarok, he was the last member of the group to die, but during the fight against the Bandits and the user of the Pumpkin Arms user, he was the 4 member to survive, as 3 of them had died.
