I don't know if my picture is more good between the one taken by the photographer in background ?
I shoot the Muslim from face and the half naked girl from back and he taken the girl from face and the Muslim from back !
what is the more great shoot !!? I hope he will also publish his photo on the internet to be able to compare.

You had a good eye at this moment. I like this picture very much.
The picture is a political statement, so the quality regarding to all photographical questions are not really the point of interest here.
Nevertheless my remarks: Unfortunately the man on the left side is very dominant and clear, may be you could crop him a bit - like the man on the right side (only an arm with a cigarette).
This burka ist very dark and additionaly in the shadow, so you could try to dodge this area.
But it is a really interessting shot! Thanks for showing.

yes ! indeed you're right is not a photo-graphical shoot is cultural mix picture.
Is because I have included the man at left. If I crop this picture to draw attention to the Girl in burka and the half naked girl, may be is more interesting photo-graphical picture (but she is in shadow and it will remain a bad picture)
and crop that on the burka and the half naked girl. I'm afraid that it goes from cultural mixing to denunciation.

Visually the photo lacks emotion however it's good on the eyes. Impact is also low cause this happen often more so here in American. Where I used to work you would see women not in the Burka but the other head dress while others paraded in Bikinis or other revealing clothing. It would be more impact if the subject was the half naked women and this was Iraq, Syria, Jordan or any number of strict Islamic countries. However the photo is taken well and I don't seem many pieces like this. Finally, Keep up the good work and try to find subjects with emotions.

I feel that the lack of reaction of the other people in the photo ... to either of the womens appearance ... is an intriguing part of its message, that this place is one where people are free to make cultural choices, even extreme ones so far as dress is concerned. There are many places in our world where either, or even both, of them could be arrested, or at least harassed, for appearing in public dressed as they are. The lack of reaction carries the message that freedom of choice prevails here, as in the caption. I like that part of the scene and I wish there were more places in our world where exactly these elements could coexist.

Having stayed there for some time I found that Münchner were a pretty liberal, laid back lot. So not surprised that the Muslim lass and the bikini girl don't attract the negative reactions that would occur in a lot of other countries.
One anomalous point is that the the burka clad lady has 21st century designer handbag and sneakers with a late model smart phone yet is clad in the 7th century manner? Why a bikini in the Marienplatz?
As to the pic I think a light vignette would emphasize the central subject and reduce the impact of the guy in the denim cutoffs. Also crop the pic such that the top is removed down to the sign on the lamppost, it gives more balance.

Why a bikini in the Marienplatz? lot of young people (boys, girl with her mother) play with water under the fountain in bikini an swim short because the the hot weather this summer at Munich.
And yes photographically this photo is a bad one. to make good a crop with Muslim and bikini girl only is the solution, but the Muslim girl keep in bad shadow !!

I think yours is the more interesting photo. It doesn't 'exploit' (really the wrong word) the girl in the bikini, rather it shows that distinction you are discussing in your comment about the photo. You see the burka (hijab?) first and only on examination do you see the bikini.
Also, the fact that people in the scene are paying basically no attention to either is interesting all on its own.
