I swear I'll NEVER forget what happened a few summers ago! We have these 3 decorative signs in our front yard. I was outside coming in from a pretty intense storm. Lightning hit the sign in the middle, jumped to BOTH signs and struck our metal roof! I had just barely closed the screen door and turned around when my hair began to feel like it was crawling and just when I realized what was happening (because your hair standing up is a CLEAR sign to duck for cover) it struck! WOW! It didn't make a loud boom noise, but rather a sharp "SHA-KOOOOOoooooommmmmmm".

Wowzers! It actually rattled my bones when it hit, lol!

Don't screw with nature, or she'll give you FAR worse than STD's!lol
