Citylife is always so appealing to me, and this picture captures both the brilliance and grunginess that always accompanied it. All the vibrant signs in the background add light and flare to the picture without detracting from the subject at the center of it, and his darker colors and scraped up knuckles and face really contrast well with the background. Very visually appealing piece with lots of balance and just enough diversity!
