Blargh. I couldn't sleep, so I thought I should do another deviation in the cell shading style that I've abandoned for the past few weeks.So, here's another installment of Maiden Voyage, wishing that it could be animated rather than just stay as static pictures on your screen.
This scene is where Katara is startled to see something bulky sinking in the distance and finds Zuko helplessly err...DROWNING. She has a quick revelation and then swims off to save him. I'm not sure if my words are making sense right now because I'm getting sorta kinda sleepy. It sounded good in my head. Now...I'm just getting ...tired...

I love the expression on her face! It totally says 'it's him!' but at the same time I see her thinking how sweet he looks in a wet shirt.... Lol. I love the simplicity of this piece, and how you can just imagine her moving off to swim to his rescue!
