*sneaks in* Ah, I'm late.
I really need to lay off the school setting manga. I don't know why, but I decided to do a crossover with Barajou no Kiss (Kiss of the Rose Princess) . For those of you who want to know now, the story revolves around a girl with a rose choker who suddenly gains the power to command four Rose/Rhode Knights, who are based on the colors: red, blue, white, and black.
For anyone interested in a reverse harem (female lead surrounded by bishounen), you'd like this manga. It's choc full of eye-candy that you wouldn't know where not to look.
As for Katara and Zuko, they're Agnes/Anise and Kaede (the Red Knight). They usually end up bickering in the manga and remind me of Zutara. :3
I'm off to ogle all the Zutara Week deviations!

woah both pairings do bicker a lot! i love this drawing it actually makes me laugh for some reason because zuko's okay with her controlling him... he has that sort of creepy smile

looks awesome but i tend to avoid those types of anime. not enough action too much talking and drama. the ones that i've seen are tora dora, rosario vampire, shuffle and of course the most famous one ouran host club. i don't know if it counts but i've seen haruhi suzumiya as well.
their just not my cup of tea. besides most of them never actually decide who's gonna end up with who by the end of the series. i likes my anime violent XD or at least strat based. plus it makes the shipping more fun like in avatar's case.

The simple idea of Zutara is Shōjo manga fodder.
Probably why the girls gravitate towards it.
The guys though? I'm still puzzled by that.

Well, the idea of opposing elements creating harmony has been advocated throughout the orient since ancient times. It is definitely a force to be reckoned with. In ancient western culture, it's apparent that opposites will forever be locked in battle (i.e. good vs. evil). To find Zutara-ish elements in manga is as old as time, itself. 
I'm probably just talking about my reasons for Zutara, though. I don't certainly try to speak for the majority of Zutara fans. To each, their own.

Hey listen, in the end Aang just simply wasn't attractive enough to be with Katara.
I personally don't care but I'd much rather have an overall Avatar:TLA fanart appreciation week than anything else.
The statement in my sig is a complete rebuttal to all the people who wrote "Zutara Forever" in theirs.
Let's remember the overall show and not one insignificant aspect of it.
Zuko and Katara are great together...along with Aang, Toph, Sokka and even Suki.
Just so you know I think your art is great, I'm not here to take a dump on excellent work.
