Description
My third commission for the wonderful M. Carpenter (Shetani). I really spent a lot of time on this one, getting all the anatomy kinks worked out (with many thanks to the helpful people over on the yerf critique boards), and I think it really paid off.

The character is a roan Missouri foxtrotter, and I was able to use what is usually considered a flaw of the medium colored pencils, to create that roan effect, letting just enough white show through to simulate the little white hairs. One of my favorites.
