She arrived on the landing and found Howl standing in the doorway of his bedroom. He was leaning lazily on one handm completely blocking her way."No you don´t," he said quite pleasantly. "I want it dirty, thank you."
Sophie gaped at him. ,,Where did you come from? I saw you go out."
"I meant you to," said Howl.
"You´d done your worst with Calcifer and poor Michael. It stood to reason you´d descend on me today. And whatever Calcifer told you, I am a wizard, you know. Didn´t you think I could do magic?"

I just read the other two sequels Castle in the Air and House of many Ways~
But HMC is still my favorite, the other two are good but nothing got me
so much inspiration as this book

I agree HMC is the best one in the Wizards Castle series. You should read the Chrestomanci books(my favorite is the second one the lives of Christopher Chant), Fire and Hemlock, and the Dalemark Quartet and the Dark Lord of Derkholm(and Year of the griffin, I read this one first but I guess it is actually the second one). actually, I just love all of her books

Aber ich kann gar nicht audrücken, wie sehr mir erst Sophies Gesicht gefällt *0* Hast die Züge und Falten super gesetzt, das bringt das Alter richtig schön natürlich rüber~
