He ask me to draw two girls (a kid and a teen) in sport clothes. Tanks tops, boxing skirts with leggings underneath, socks and sneakers jogging.
So here, hope you like it I also have to create names and bios so here ^^:

Shana take her little sister, Millie, go training with her. But the little girl don't like sport like her big sister ^^

Biography of Shana and Millie:
Both adopted by the couple Mays (a very nice couple in their fifties)
Not really sisters

Shana Mays:

Story: Her parents died in a car accident (when she was 10). During the accident, she lost the use of her legs, but it was not unrecoverable. She wanted so much to be able to resort that she agreed to do a very dangerous operation. She is in love with a girl at school, Noémie Vermeille (a Frenchwoman who has moved to the USA), but the latter is dating the most popular boy in the school, Elwood Moyer. Her best friend, Ashley Carson, is convinced that Shana is in love with Elwood.

Passion: Sports (especially running), literature
Dislikes: Science
Likes: Millie, and Noémie
Dream of the future: Become a top athlete.
Character: She is strong and courageous. She is very outgoing and is always smiling. She has such a passion for sports that sometimes she skips school only to go for a run. Despite the fact that she is an extrovert, she cannot tell her feelings to Noémie. She has a passion for reading and envies these novel characters who happen to confess their feelings to who they love.

Millie Mays:

Story: Alcoholic and violent adoptive parents (stays with them until she is 9 years old) (comes from Russia, her father died in an accident at work (when she was 4) and her mother from cancer (when she was 6 years) in the USA). Her real name is Amaliya, and Millie is her nickname. She can't seem to fit into her school, she was bullied in the old one, and it almost happened again in the new one, but Shana intervened and gave her bullies a correction. She doesn't really have any friends. Every time she goes to school, she sees a boy her age across the road who always says hello in sign language. Being very shy she never managed to go talk to him (but who knows maybe that a day will come when she will do so).

She is no longer afraid when she goes on stage for the drama, because as she says: “It is not me who goes on stage, it is the character that I embody. ". She is very good at everything related to manual, and artistic. And she's very good at science.
