Sideshow Bob's brother Cecil Terwilliger makes a pretty good model, eh?
I originally drew this around two years ago. I know because the working title was "2012 Models," and of course it was still 2011, when the 2012's were coming out.

I got stuck on the car design (couldn't decide on a sexy enough make and model to use) and put the sketch away in an art portfolio and forgot about it. Occasionally I would come across it while rummaging through the portfolio, then put it back with the promise to myself that I would "finish it soon," only to forget about it again. Today I finally decided to finish it and not worry about trying to copy a specific make and model for the car.
