Description
Revamp of my old version of Rusty from Starlight Express.Just like in my original version, Rusty is still of the Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) as a nod to that American railway having three engines of a somewhat European appearance with his number ("No. 1927") being a reference to the design that I've selected as his basis. The green, being the usual "green is the hardest colour to match" shenanigans, is a close enough recreation of the "Dark Green Locomotive Enamel" used by the PRR and later the failed merger with rival New York Central as "Penn Central", which the colour is said to be "10 parts black, 1 part green" and made on a digital colour mixer. Font is Times New Roman in gold as a close enough match to the real font used by the PRR.
As for the other reason I went for a British design while the character known commonly as "Prince of Wales" is the canonical British character is because Rusty says in his introductory song "Call Me Rusty" that he's a "dead end engine falling to bits" and during WWII when the American soldiers were in the UK, it was noted that quite a number claimed that the UK's locomotives looked like they were "about to fall apart".
