Actually it looks more like the trans-dropper from the Flintstones/Star Trek parody, Stone Trek.

On this Enterprise, the transporter transmitter/receiver assembly is on deck 21, the pattern buffer occupying deck 20 right over the emitter, and the transporter room on deck 19. And as you may have guessed, one transporter on the Enterprise. Though many would argue with the Enterprise having 4 transporters on deck 7, but that would be inconsistent with what we know of Star Trek canon and inconsistent with the logic as well.
