The design is interesting, but the fact that you have pixels of one size for the majority of the armour and then pixels of another size for the shoulder things makes the sprites really awkward to look at.
Also, the hair could use some more shading.

First of all, I was too busy on perfecting the hair style that I was too busy with projects for YouTube to get the shading right.
Also, what do you mean by the "shoulder things"? Are you referring to the armor on each shoulder, or the spikes on the shoulder armor?

That being said, you can see what I'm talking about here. The thing with the red X has smaller pixels then the rest of the arm.

That all aside, it's a rather interesting design concept. Not a huge fan of the colours for the second one as it reminds me of Christmas, but that's a detail, lol.

Fun fact: I originally based the armor concept off of the power adapter in Megaman 6.
