nice artistically, but the shape isn't right. it's too humanoid for a rattata. they have a bit bigger snout and they can't really stand on two legs.

Normally I don't like Rattata. (I prefer Zigzagoon and even that is not my favourite.) But this one here is just plain cute, also the way you shaded it and the expression is very beautiful.~
