B stands for Billy. It's that simple.For some reason the creators of both Saw and Dead Silence decided to call both iconic dolls 'Billy'.
I wonder why?
In this case I took Mary Shaw and Billy from Dead silence and Jigsaw and... well... Billy!
The start of the ABCs of horror has been made.

Well, the creator of the Saw franchise is also the creator of Dead Silence.
So I guess that makes the fact that both dummies are named Billy abit weirder.
