I'm doing the same here but with Luffy to Sonic to my SFC
It's a lot of work but when u see my character goin hard u see how hard it took me.

One conversion takes me maybe 10-20 minutes bro
Cuz I make sure the sprite actually for the character not the original sprite ur conversion to it.
