if you like to play fallout 3 mods youd might wanna check out Japanese Menace its a mod with three imperial Japanese power armors and some hefty weapons like a threebarrel autocannon wich shoots explosive shells for ultimate carnage

you can find the mod at fo3nexus but you should read the description as its a buggy mod but certainly worth it
and now to the enclave:: at fileplanet i believe there is a mod with a flying Enclave Fortress
there also is another Enclave power armor from fallout 2 wich is playable and looks cool
