Tanima Renna, the 8 th Division Lieutenant, has eyes colored by her spiritual power. Since birth, they have been a crystal blue, and she stood out in a family of eight siblings in both appearance and destiny. She was born into the Tanima Noble Clan, a minor family, and managed to distinguish herself as a Shinigami at an early age. Since then, she has skyrocketed in popularity, fame, and ability far beyond what anyone would have expected. Yet none of this goes her head. Renna is a humble woman who believes that following one's dreams is reward in itself, and only desires to do her best in her position and continue honing her abilities. If she continues on her current trajectory, she has nowhere to go but up.
