Ten Gondo

Ten Gondo, the 7 th Division Lieutenant, is a legend among the people on the farthest borders of Rukongai. Although there are many towns and communities in the surrounding forests, few live in the stretches in-between, and those that do are usually keen to stay isolated. Ten was one of these folks, raised by his single mother in their secluded cabin high among the trees. He grew up with the animals, played in the canopies, and learned the ways of nature since his first steps. After becoming a Shinigami and moving to the Seireitei, Ten began to realize just how similar to the jungle Rukongai really was: only the predators were gangs and thugs instead of leopards and snakes. Dedicating his life to protecting the masses, he now uses his bulk, strength, and primal powers to bring law and comfort to the people who need it the most.
