First, Neyla is Neyla-The-Lioness 's character, as well as Neyla the Seedrian, which is basically the seedrian design of Neyla the Lioness. Original re-design was indeed made by Cheroy , but Neyla is the one holding the rights on this character in whatever form it exists.
Second, you can't just make Nelya to be a character in any of your creations without asking for allowance from her creator. She never allowed anyone to freely insert her character in any story. Whenever you want to use her for any of your story, you must ask an owner first, and if she says "No", that means that you can't and shouldn't use her character anywhere.

seriously you can't just make me delete remake comics that i worked really hard on
even if your are or not a skylander fan that's fine. i don't need to listen to others that complains about my random drawings
besides i thought that neyla the seedrian was made by cheroy
and besides even if neyla the seedrian was made by neyla the lioness's people still love making my characters being hilarious with other additonal characters

Your art is totally fine.
The fact that you use other's people characters without asking for premission is what's not fine.
Sure you can draw whatever you want. As long as it's YOUR characters you're using in your drawings. It is quite dissapointing that you think it's completely fine to grab other person character without even asking and do whatever you see fit with it.
Even if you make it merely as "fanart", whenever it's possible you need to ask for permission. Do it any other way, and it'll be copyright violation. Do you understand that, and the fact that with your "besides I though" you're actually violates quite a good bit of rules and makes owners of characters quite dissapointed with your actions on top of all that?

Sure thing.
But please. For a future reference, keep in mind that you actually can't just do whatever you want. There's rules and laws, and you're doing good to no one by violating them. If you want to use someone's character - ask for permission first, and only if authors allows you - use them in your creation.
Be creative, but also be nice to others, and act smart. Not selfish.

next time when i want to make neyla image or comic i surley gonna get permission
now until then i will be thinking on what i will start christmas for bad guys too
