and I did a quick art trade~This is her character Rosy!
Done in a semi B&W style with a slightly different shading style. I'm still trying to figure out how I want to shade.

I think the shading is good, especially the hair looks great, but I would try to keep that style on the clothes too, to get a more finished drawing. (Sorry, hopefully you wanna hear my advise xD)

That's a good idea. I drew another picture with some shading on the clothes... not sure if I got it right.
I think I'll have to draw a pic with more clothes and try that out on there XD
