It's odd how I hardly associate the 60's theme to Batman. I grew up with BTAS and Batman Begins. So that's what comes to mind first.

Mind me asking about the shading?
How did you do the shading layer?

I normally use a PS layer on multiply over the base color layer and I use the gradient tool to throw in the shadings. Then I put another layer on top of them all set on "color" mode to throw in some moody colors (like the red on the legs and the deep purple on the cape) to give it other hues.
