I did this digitally using a personalized brush that acts a bit like a nib pen and I like to keep the lines as natural as possible without being too precise. It kind of simulates a natural inking on paper without the line correction many inkers use today. Also I like to create a bit of depth and texture by using lines to create shadows and use the lines to show the volume and shape of what lies beneath the shadows I cast.
