Description
So in the Water Temple in the LOZ ocarina of Time, you fight dark link.If you fight him with the sword, he will block and kill.
If you use din's fire... you waste magic, but it gets most of the job done.
If you use the hammer.... VICTORY!!!

Why do people find this guy hard?!?! They they down the difficult in the 3D remake or was it just that easy for me? All I did was wail on the guy not in target mode and he fell down fast (and more than a few times through the floor >_>). It makes me want really want to hurry up and get to the water temple on master quest instead of being a lazy ass and playing Terria.

I always use Biggoron Sword when I fight him, thought. He's no match for it.

But I often have troubles getting it. I had to deliver sth to get it and I was just 1 second late - I had to do it all over again.

Wow I never thought to use my other weapons. The easiest way to defeat him with the master sword is to not target him. Then he can't predict your moves. Also you never stab him cuz as you may know he jumps on your sword.

Well this was after dying three times and on the third time (aka, third fairy) I used Dins fire by accident and had no magic really to begin with.

I'd love to just stock up on faries and then mess around with the sword. Then I'd pull out hammer when I got bored. Like That'll ever happen!

I used my sword but it was diffucult. I died once and kinda went into a blood craze, came back to life and just beat the crap out of him. Slashing madly with the Biggoron sword is always a good idea.

Actually i think there'sacatch to the battle. I believe that Dark has as many lives as you have the moment you fight him! Cuz... I once forgot to take the heart containers at the end of battles with Gohma, King dodongo and such and fought him with only 5 lives or so. And i SWEAR i counted the number of hits!! It was 5 hits as my lives meaning each hit took about 1 life outta him.And then i fought him AGAIN in another game (I think in the master quest) with 12 lives or so and it took me 12 hits to kill him. So i think it depends on the number of lives YOU have...
