Oh my God, this piece. It's stunning. Let me go about it in a bit more coherent matter, though.
Let's start with the composition. It's great, it's dynamic, it's engaging. You've created a lovely feel of depth with that one wing a bit closer to the viewer. The entire scene is super engaging and I love it to bits.
I feel like the colors are the strongest point of your drawing (painting? ). The fur and feathers are super detailed and the highlights are spot on. Personally, I'd love seeing a step-by-step, as the coloring is, well, perfection.
The only minor thing that maybe could be altered is the exact position of the wings, as the seem not to match up maybe? But honestly, just ignore that, as I myself am no expert in the wings field. It looks brilliant nonetheless.
