Vision:
The coloring are beautiful. The red tail part might spark out a little and taking a bit too much focus for my liking. But some how it has to be there. Maybe a more neutral color that blend into the dragons color.
Also the dragon in the background I would like if it was lifted (1 time it's own size) or just wasn't there at all. I think it tilts the picture a bit.

Originality:
compared to how much dragon material is out at the time (not much) I think you stick out, making it originally, but this is also fanart, meaning it's made from something originally and therefor can't be it.
But compared to the originally toothless dragon. You have kept out it's arms and legs. And that's definitely originally.

Technique:
I like the techniques, specialle the sun behind the skies and the relaxing shading done here.
I can't stop and think that this could be way more glamorous. with hard contrast colors and glitter. But it just wouldn't be right. Some how the relaxing atmosphere made here is the right one for this picture.

Impact:
somehow I have already mentioned it in all the other parts.
The only thing that sticks out in my eyes are the red part of the tail. Otherwise it's mostly perfect. I could live with the "background dragon" if it's meant to be there. But I have given my best critiques as I see it. And I hope this is useful.

I love that Toothless is not alone and that Cloudjumper is right behind him,awws such a cuties :333
The artist drew this amazing,the colors in it and hard work artist put in it is amazing,i mean,look at the scales on toothles,they are so gorgeus and realistic,and that Toothles is in th clouds I suposse he is playin with Cloudjumper.I like that artist pick warm colors for clouds,it shows that night is close.
