Description
Been playing a lot of Star Wars: The Old Republic recently and had a hankering to draw some spaceships. This is a pretty basic freighter (maybe a courier - it does have pretty big engine blocks).Related content

Hey, I was wondering if it would be cool if I used this ship design for a star wars fanfic I'm writing?
If not I understand, I would give full credit where credit is do

Yeah, it's no problem as long as there's attribution.
Thanks for asking!

When you use attribution do mean credit you or something else?

I like this design quite a bit. Β Looks to me as if the engine blocks themselves are mounted on a pivot point. Β (The cylindrical parts underneath them.)

Thanks! The parts underneath are intended more as fuel storage or similar, but if you'd like to imagine them pivoting, I won't stop you

Nfeyma,
You don't happen to have any orthographic projections of this beauty do you?

Alas, I do not. It was drawn from scratch as you see it - I never got around to doing other views or anything like that. At least one person has modified it and created deckplans, which might help a bit?Β

Usually Photoshop or Clip Studio. Sometimes I sketch out a very rough outline before scanning it in and inking it digitally. Some of the older ones are pen-and-ink, though.

Probably a bit smaller than the Millennium Falcon, but with a similar amount of usable space since it's got a more conventional rectangular layout.

I'm really not in tune with Star Wars pricing, but it's probably a bit more expensive than a stock YT-1300.

If you were going to put this ship up for sale, would you consider me the new owner?
All of my ideas keep getting taken by others.

If you're talking about sale for real money, then no - as this was a drawing I did for myself, I'd prefer to keep the rights to it.

Great painting. You come up with a new ship. If I may, I nominate my classification of your vehicle:
1. Given the characteristic details of the ship, such as a bridge, acting "keel", as, for example, the Consular-class cruisers, docking gates on both sides, like a Corellian corvette and a very large motors at the rear, I think the taco ship could only be by Corellian shipyards.
2. Weak arms - just one gun average power and it seems that only the exchange rate. That is, it does not turn and shoot only in the direction you looking bridge.
3. Engines - apparently, your ship is very large air intakes, which means that there must be powerful, but prone to overheating of the jet engine. Because there is no air in space, I think that your boat will be correctly classified as high-speed suborbital shuttle.
But I am not a professional and I just shared my opinion.))

Very inspirational. Would you allow me to utilize this ship for my TOR Trooper, ICly? I love the design, and I've been looking for a ship style for him that isn't... typical. Thanks again!

As long as it is for personal use, go ahead.

Yeah, the shading is pretty... lazy. The lines took a while and I rushed through the rest of the process.
